I have real player installed on my machine and usually use it to download videos. Wha tyou can do is if you have real player installed on your machine. Open any browser like chrome, firefox and open that website. On the right top corner, you will see the Download option(on mouse over).
Try that and check. But yes that will downlaod the video as flv.
