In my case it is completely random and I get the dreaded "unable to sync" message popping in and out of my laptop screen. It will also randomly fix itself. All the usual suspects… wifi signal strong, close apps and restart, log out of and back in, refresh everything and it doesn't matter.

Forums are always a shot in the dark
I left the cue to be called back by Adobe (a very nice gesture on their part) and after 20 minutes got a call, sat in cue on the phone for 5 minutes and then was connected to a very nice man who speaks english only as a second language. Completely not his fault, but I had a very hard time understanding him.
After all that dead time I looked and magically Adobe Sync was working….
Funny, if Adobe doesn't get their money, they'll drop you in 30 seconds, much less 30 minutes….
Used to be a GREAT COMPANY, I'm losing that warm fuzzy feeling though.
