私も同じです。2012/10/31 にCloudメンバーシップ(年間プラン)に加入しましたが、11/01と11/30に¥3000が12/30に¥3000が2回引き落とされてい ました。はじめは、いきなり10月分を引き落とされたかと思いましたが、12月には同時に2回を引き落とされていたので、ビックリしました。現在、何処に問い合わせたら良いかわかりませんので、こちらへ投稿いたしました。

Hi, With one Creative Cloud Membership, you can use on 2 machines: one win and one Mac. These machines can have any number of login names/usernames. The products will work.  Regards,Anirudh
