Creative Cloud: “Some files failed to sync”

I have been getting this error for over a week now. I’m running Creative Cloud version 3.9.5.353 on El Capitan version 10.11.6 (15G1108).

A few days ago after some googling, found one solution on the Adobe forums from 2015 involving deleting some .db files (details). I tried this but it didn’t work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Two people may not open a document at the same time

The Cloud is a web based version of a disk drive... Two people may not open a document at the same time

As far as I know, you may NOT open a document to edit it on the Cloud, you do the editing using a local file

Adobe Bridge CC How to GET RID of it?

I tried and then canceled Adobe Creative Cloud. Its gone from my system, uninstalled, nothing there. Yet, I find Adobe Bridge CC is on my computer. I don't want Adobe Bridge on my computer. When I click on how to uninstall it, there is NOTHING there to uninstall in remove programs. I try to contact Adobe...no support offered, use the forums.

How to uninstall Adobe Bridge CC is a simple question that should have a simple answer.

AT the very least this website should have something easy to click on that uninstalls it from my computer.

It is trespassing at this point on my  property, IMHO.

I'm using Windows 10.

How do I get Adobe Bridge CC off my computer?

Thank you

Creative Cloud desktop keeps restarting

Win 10 64 bit laptop has been running CC with PS and LR for several months with no issues. Last week CC keeps restarting every five minutes or so and I can no longer download apps.

I have uninstalled all apps along with CC and run the CC cleaner.  Installed CC from a fresh download and even without installing any of the apps it keeps restarting.

Any advice on how to fix this other than wiping laptop and re-installing Windows 10?

At the moment it means I cannot use the laptop for any photo work.

TIA

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

attach a screenshot of your uninstall programs panel so everything/anything "adobe..." is visible.

Hi aar%20gambit%20sp%20z.14438715m ,

As requested you can just confirm the Email (Adobe ID) to which the Creative Cloud is registered by personal message to me or Sheena.

We will be happy to follow up.

Hi juliusr83511046,

  1. APCC=  Type of  app included in Creative Cloud
  2. MLP,= Platform on which they can be used
  3. MUE= Type of language
  4. 1YR= Duration

Here are the explanation that can be shared, rest are mostly abbreviation for manufacturing just as the codes one can find in various food or medicine packets.

In case you have any specific information that you would like to , please feel free to inbox any one of us.
