I can't log in my Adobe ID!

Nothing happens when I press the button LOGIN on accounts.adobe.com. Nothing happens when I press Account managment in Creative Cloud program. How can I log in my Adobe ID?

Same problem here! I tried log in from different computers and the problem is still there. I'm from Russia and as I think the problem exists only in our country. I also can't sign in to Behance.

Hi,

I started an account including Adobe Photoshop: one year, monthly payment. After one month I realised that I also need two more other apps from adobe so i decided to start the account including all the apps for the price of 36 euros p/m for one year monthly payment. But this month I have been charged twice, for the photoshop account and the all apps account, which doesn't make sense because in the all apps account photoshop is included. How can I solve this problem?

Adobe product language won´t change ?

Hey

So after multiple installations and uninstalls i lost my faith that it will get fixed by itself. Even tho i change in my creative cloud the app language to English (International) its ALWAYS and on every app in the german version. I´ve uninstalled every adobe programm and the creative cloud and reinstalled it and the outcome is the same. Can someone help me?

 

Info: I used Premiere Pro 2015 in german but since i updated to 2017 i wanted to start using it in the english version since im gonna move places soon.

Unresponsive keyboard shortcuts in CC apps while using new Wacom Intuos

I have just bought a new Wacom Intuos tablet and none of the keyboard shortcuts are working with CC apps while using the tablet. At the same time, everything is fine while using a mouse or trackpad. I found out that people have been experiencing the same problem but specifically with Photoshop. I downloaded the plug-in   (Menus, shortcuts, Lasso tool, or Photoshop stop working when using a Wacom tablet | Mac OS ) which sorted out the problem for Photoshop but not for InDesign nor Illustrator.

 

I used to have an older version of Wacom Intuos and didn't have any problems with that.

 

I am working on Mac, macOS Sierra 10.12.1. The drivers and CC apps are up to date.

 

I would very much appreciate your help!

Hi, I downloaded the free one month ( as per Adobe web site ) Photoshop BUT, surprise... when it opens it says it is free for only 7 days. I asked your operator in chat but they cannot answer the question and suggest to contact you!!!

CCLibrary, AdobeGCCClient memory leak on Mac OSX Sierra

Since attempting to install the latest version of Photoshop 2017, I've had memory problems leading to an almost complete slow-down of my Mac. Looking at the Activity Monitor memory usage results, there are several processes associated with CC that are grabbing massive amounts of memory, in gradually incrementing chunks over the period of about fifteen minutes, at which point the machine becomes unusable. It also resulted in an incomplete install of Photoshop (98%), which couldn't be uninstalled as the uninstall process freezes. Catch 22. All other CC applications I've tried freeze during launch, all non-Adobe applications behaving normally.

 

I've had to do a Time Machine restore to a known working point to rectify this, but needed to get to the bottom of the problem. Trying an update to Lightroom yesterday resulted in similar problems, so yet another restore is the only way out, as uninstall routines don't work.

 

Any suggestions would be very welcome, as would questions as this is a two-way process. If I can help out with anything then so much the better.

No thank you, screen shot isn't necessary when the only Adobe is for the Flash player that should have nothing to do with the Adobe Bridge CC that only showed up after uninstalling Adobe Creative Cloud.

 

The fact is when a company provides an uninstall, then that should mean uninstall, NOT leave stuff behind for a foot in the door!

 

Please, if you don't know the answer, then don't answer.

the trials are all for 7 days.  30 day trials ended a few months ago.

@Dominik KietlaThank you for this set of instructions, I had tried variations on the SLCache from other threads but none mentioned the specific set of folders that you listed. Thank you for fixing a 4 day long issue.

NO Intuos = work properly

WITH Intuos = not work

 

Seems clear the Intuos is the problem, and you need to ask Wacom for help... maybe an updated driver?

Getting "error 36" when attempting to double-click pdf file in Sierra

While I can open Adobe Acrobat Pro normally, when I try to double-click on a .pdf file - I get an "error 36" dialog box that says it cannot open the Acrobat Acrobat.app file.

 

Assigning Adobe Acrobat Pro as the default application to pen a .pdf file has the same result.

 

This began to occur after the last Sierra update.
