Hi there

 

I'm sorry that you didn't receive the email updates about your case.

 

It appears that one charge was for your PS CC subscription & the other 2 charges were for Adobe Stock purchases (12th & 25th September).

 

You can check the order details in your Account Management page - Adobe ID

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://accounts.adobe.com/

Hallo zusammen,

Ich warte nun schon über eine Stunde beim Kundendienst- drum versuch ich's hier:

Ich habe die CC auf meinem iMac installiert und die Programme geladen. Auf meinem Labtop ist nun der Home feed leer. Ich habe das ganze beendet, das CC cleaner tool angewendet, alles runtergefahren, raufgefahren, ein neuer application manager installiert, doch die Programme werden nicht angezeigt.

Wie löse ich dieses Problem?

Trouble with Creative cloud and SSD

So I'm having trouble keeping my install of creative cloud stable. I spent 3 hours with Adobe tech support to figure out the original problem. And it seems that because I changed the default install directory, creative cloud when started sits on the thinking circle then just says it needs to download and repair. When I say changed default install, I mean went into Registry and changed the default install path for Windows, because of my os is installed on my SSD and I also have an 1 tb HDD.  We solved it by deleting some files that creative cloud made on my second drive. (I assume as part of the installation it was confused). But I restarted my computer and the problem occurred again. I recreated the steps to fix it the last time and it did, but how do I prevent this from happening? The fact that creative cloud doesn't allow custom installation for creative cloud itself is a problem.

you should install the cc app on your windows drive.  you can install the applications themselves where you want.

ich bekomme die App einfach nicht installiert.

Ich habe den Cloud Client bereits neu installiert und zuvor den Cleaner angewendet.

Angeschlossen ist das Gerät über eine FritzBox mit VDSL.

Unsere lokale Symantec Lösung sowie den App Blocker von Windows 10 x64 Enterprise habe ich zuvor deaktiviert.

Apps in trial mode.

Hello Guys

 

All my apps are suddenly in trial mode.
I checked my subscription and it's still active for almost a year (Student)
I tried logging in and out. I removed all my active devices from my account and logged in again on the app.
My PC doesn't show up on active devices. Did some troubleshooting already but i'm not looking forward to remove all apps and installing them again.

Adobe Creative Cloud Mac Desktop App - Need to change English to German

Hi!

 

I've installed the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App on my new Mac Book Pro.

 

Now the App is in English although I've selected German (... -> Preferences -> Creative Cloud -> Apps -> App Language -> "German"). The Apps are all in German, but not the CC Desktop App.

 

On my old Mac Book Pro the CC Dektop App still works in German.

 

Where can i change the language for the CCDesktop App?
